NOTICE OF EMBASSY RELOCATION & PASSPORT SERVICES UPDATE

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Kyiv, Ukraine
(resident in Vilnius, Lithuania), with concurrent
accreditation to the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia,
the Republic of Latvia, and Georgia, wishes to inform all Nigerian
nationals and the general public that, owing to administrative and
operational requirements, the Embassy will be relocating to a new
address which will be communicated in due course.

In the interim, limited consular services will continue to be
provided from 6th August 2026 at the Embassy’s
temporary premises at:

Furthermore, please be informed that passport services have resumed. Applicants are hereby informed that passport applications may now be submitted through the usual application process.

The Embassy sincerely regrets any inconvenience these temporary
arrangements may cause and appreciates your understanding and
continued cooperation.
